Health Coaching is a unique, exciting innovation in health and nutrition. In becoming a Health Coach I have studied several major dietary theories that will help you discover what approach works best for you at this point in your life.
A typical approach will focus on restriction of calories, carbs, fats, proteins and a list of good and bad foods. My aim is to assist you in identifying what works for you, together we make the necessary changes that will achieve positive, long term results and ultimately a happier and healthier lifestyle.
No one diet works for everyone !
I will assist you in identifying, acquiring and cooking the food that will foster healthier choices. My holistic approach expands the whole concept of health to include lifestyle issues such as relationships, career, physical activity and spirituality. I encourage you to look at these aspects as a form of nutrition and a way to feed yourself at a much deeper level than food.
You will make gradual, lifelong changes that empowers and enable you to reach your health goals.
